This is an extended version of the OutSystemsUI sidebar, that offers the functionality of displaying a gray overlay over the rest of the application.

You can also customize the sidebar's size or location on the screen with simple CSS classes. Eg: "sidebar-l", "sidebar-xl"... (check more on the documentation tab).

This sidebar also works with the ESC key and with gestures on mobile devices. It is also possible to have multiple sidebars opened at the same time.

Easily make the OutSystems default popup component accessible

TrueShade is a lightweight, dependency-free theme controller for OutSystems applications. It enables seamless management of dark, light, and system default color schemes while ensuring consistency across modules, sessions, and browser tabs.

This component automatically applies the correct theme based on the user’s preference or the operating system’s dark mode setting. It stores the chosen option in localStorage under a per-module key and keeps the  attribute synchronized at all times.
