I was able to do the check-in for the exam. The proctor asked me to show my house and my desk.
After that, the proctor told me that the exam would be launched automatically but it didn’t. After 2 minutes I talked to the proctor and the proctor told me I should exit the exam and contact the support team in order to sort the issue out.
I contacted Prometrics trough the live chat but nothing helped. They just wanted to open a case ticket and told me to contact Outsystems as they are the sponsors for this exam voucher. I also tried calling the support line for Europe(number didn´t work), Portugal(number didn´t work also) and International. On the international number, my call was transfered 3 to 4 times, sometimes sent back to the start of the automated answering system or it was disconnected. Around 30 euros were spent on roaming expenses (won´t even mention how much of that money was spent waiting to be transferred or hearing a recorded message).
I was finally asked to contact my sponsor. I send an email to OutSystems Training training@outsystems.com and I got the message: "The email account you are trying to reach no longer exists."
My exam was scheduled for 14h00. It is currently 16h20 and I am still unable to take my exam. No contact from Prometrics or from Outsystems has happened in order to find a solution for this matter.

I understand it is really annoying! Usually in my organization we would have the dedicated laptops configured for these exams and reserve a room following the compliances. It is very likely to face these issues if you are using your personal laptop and facilities to take the exam.
Last month I faced a different issue related to exams for which I reached out to support immediately but response arrived almost after a week. I think for now you need to just wait for their response, or try following up if you see those options.

One more information I though might be worth sharing. I encountered similar launch issue with my recent exam, then I immediately switched to another laptop to reinitiate the exam and then it went smoothly.
There are hundreds of exams every day. You can't expect immediate answer to everyone. Even more on holidays season.
