Hey everyone
So i got this task, it's to investigate why on mobile, after login via SAML and wait for 20 minute, the user is not automatically logout like on reactive or traditional(usually the default time is 20 minute). They said that the session timeout work normal when using normal login, and for the reactive pc version it's normal too, after 20 minute the session timeout work normally, but on mobile not so much. If anyone can help me or give me any tip on this, i would be very appreciate
*Note: since i'm not the owner of the app so i can't really go into service center(i can but some feature is locked away) or do any configuration and stuff...Hope you guy can understand
