Hi, I was trying to join a video call from an iPhone 16 with iOS 18.3.1, but the application closes unexpectedly every time I try to join. In service center we found the following error:
We found this behavior only on iOS devices with version 18.3.1. On devices with iOS 17 or Android we have no problems.
We are using MABS version 11.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

This error belongs to iPhone 17 but as you mentioned iPhone 18 . can you check the error log again.
What we faced earlier our experience few iPhone versions will not allow the permissions in runtime for this Twilio video plugin, it was few months back I could not review back from my end. can you check the runtime permission and if you can be able to do forcefully enable permission this will be resolved, as per the error its forcefully terminating by device.

Can you try updating MABS to 12 or latest available version, also regenerate the app with the newer MABS.
