I am using the OutDocForge component on an on-premise server to download documents. However, I am encountering an error during the download process, even though I have admin access.

Could you please help me identify the cause and provide a solution?

"A problem has occured while generating the documentation for the eSpace Admin  "

Which version are you using ? also can you share downloaded error log to further troubleshoot ?

Hi @PRANAV KUMAR 

This error does not seem to be related to UI permissions.

It usually means OutDoc cannot read or process one or more eSpaces at the server level while generating the document.

What you can check:

  • Republish ALL eSpaces
  • Fix missing references in Service Center
  • Check server folder permissions
  • Try OutDoc on a single eSpace
  • Upgrade OutDoc to latest version

Try to find error log in service center and upgrade the component from forge.

It will solve problem.
