The pdfjs Viewer has not been updated for years. Can someone please update to the latest pdf.js? Or is there any way to update the pdf.js myself? Thanks.

This tool is not mine! I think you have to clone the component and try to update the library by yourself.
Please help to answer the following questions:
1. Is the forge component pdfjs viewer, latest updatad on 2021, using pdf.js version 1.9.426 which has known vulnerabilities?
2. The forge component pdfjs viewer be not be updated anymore as users are to convert to reactive web?

At this point I believe most of the dev team here is focused on projects in Reactive and/or ODC and might not have a lot of bandwidth to do the updating work, but validating it should be feasible.
If you can share with the team your updated version of the component we can validate it and eventually make you a member so you can publish it yourself. Would that work for you?

Thanks for your advice. We noted that pdfJS Viewer stable released version 0.2.4 is still using library version 1.9.426 while pdfJS Viewer version 0.2.1 is not a stable released version.
