Hello, 

I have created a MCP Server (using the MCP server forge component) to connect with MCP Client Playground (forge component) and it´s not possible to get the tools availables on it. I´m getting the following error "OS-ELRT-60008 - ModelContextProtocol.McpException: Streamable HTTP POST response completed without a reply to request with ID: 2".

I have tested other MCP Server endpoints created outside of Outsystems and works correctly. 

Any suggestion on what is going on?

Maybe it´s a good to include a security input to authenticate inside MCPClient extension to share a bearer.

Can you share the extension code to improve it?
