Hi Team,


We are a new team that is supporting an application. There was a configuration before but upon doing a test connection on the SFTP Configuration page we are getting an error where the connection cant connect. We think maybe the credentials are now outdated?


May we check where should we get the SFTP Configuration for this? Do we have to connect directly to OmNext? or Do we need to contact our Infra team?
