[MCP Client Playground] Error when accessing Tools in MCP Client Playground

Question

When I try to access the Tools in the MCP Client Playground Forge component, I receive the following error:

System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. (Server protocol version mismatch. Expected 2024-11-05, got 2025-03-26).

Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows a possible solution?
