Hi, I am desperately trying to use this application and cannot seem to login, I have SSO enabled for IT users but my Admin user cannot login even after running the timer, could this have to do with the SSO functionality (using Microsoft as IDP)?
BPTGovernor is using ServiceCenter users. My suggesting is instead of making it anonymous User Provider Module to 'Users' and deploy and assign to normal users.
@André Pinho : Log in to your User Portal and verify if the user has the BPTGovernorAdmin role assigned. If not, assign the BPTGovernorAdmin role to the user who needs access to the application, and it should work
Hi Siya, Yes I tried that (on normal users) and failed as well but I believe this app only works for IT users?
But I dont think it will work when the IT Users use SSO hence my problem. The only way for me to use this is to set the screen roles to anonymous... :| I have built a variant of this app to go around this..
