In the receiveing (destination) installation, I created an application with the same name and the same entities definitions of the source. After establishing the specifications of the source installation, I may clicked the Module Level or the Application Level button. The list displayed is the same ommiting the module I defined before. So I cannot continue.

Hello Rafael,

If you manually create in the destination environment the same application and entities as the source, the SS keys won't be the same and DMM won't match them to recognize they are the same. It's not enough to have the same name, those IDs must match.
So instead of creating things manually you need to do one of these options:
1. Create in the source a solution with all the applications you want to migrate, download it, upload and publish it to the destination environment.

2. Do a Lifetime deployment between the two environments with all the applications to migrate (if possible)

I'm working with training environments. That's the probable reason I'm facing all these difficulties.

The first option is not so simple. There's something related with intellectual rights that precludes the operation accomplishment.

The second probably would fail too.

I was succeeded by mentioning the "destination" server's activation code.

By working with a corporate licensed environment however, I achieved my goal.

Thanks for your help.
