[DB Cleaner on Steroids] Adding a Number of Records to Keep option to the Espace Version deletion

Hello

My team faced an issue recently due to a backwards publish done from TST to DEV environment that mistakenly overwrote some changes we had done previously in DEV. Due to this we went to republish again the DEV version only to find out the version had been deleted by DB Cleaner On Steroids because it wasn't currently the published one and it had a uploaded date from over two weeks ago (which is the current configuration we had for the Espace deletions)

With this experience we came to the conclusion that the espace version deletion should be more aligned with what the Automated Cleanup (logs) does, which is work with both days to keep (which already exists in Espace deletion) but also number of records to keep, so that we can configure, for example , that we want to always keep the last 5 version, even if these are more then 2 weeks old

Is this a feature that can be implemented by your team and is it currently considered as a future feature in the pipeline of developments to come?

We thought about the alternative to implement this feature by cloning the app and developing it, but this would make us detach the application from the one that's available on Forge and lose future updates

Thank you!
