I finished last Wednesday (25/02/2026) the Journey regarding "Become an AI Developer".
I received the email with the subject "Your application is approved" and in the email is mentioned that you will receive a free certification voucher for the Associate Developer. In my case I already have it so in the email says that instead I will receive the Agentic AI Specialist (ODC).
Meanwhile, some time has already passed and I still didn't receive it. Is it normal to take some time to receive it or if not who can I approach to speed up the process of receiving the voucher?

I see that you have already received the badge. As for the voucher, yes, it usually takes a little time. In my case, it took nearly a week before I received it. Just wait a couple of days and you should receive it.

If I already have an Associate ODC, I should receive a voucher for the AI Agent Specialist exam, right? OS sent me the voucher, but it's for an Associate ODC.

Yes that is correct, once you finish the Become an AI Developer path, you should receive a voucher for the AI Agentic Specialist exam. I think there might be something wrong if the voucher you received is for the ODC Associate exam instead.

Yesterday I completed the process and received an "Approved" email along with the badge. I think the process is manual and OS team said to take up to 5 working days.
