Symptom: The OutSystems Platform Community Edition installation failed with code 110. Checking the log files, ServiceCenterWGet.html shows “HTTP Error 401.2 - Unauthorized”.

Cause: The IIS configuration doesn’t allow anonymous authentication.

Resolution: Grant anonymous authentication to the default web site.

Open IIS Manager
Expand Sites
On “Default Web Site” choose “Authentication”
Enable Anonymous Authentication
