Hey Community,
We're updating how you sign in to the OutSystems Community, and we think you'll like it.
What's changing and why
Today, Community, O11 Personal Environment, and ODC Personal Edition each require a separate login, even if you're using the same credentials. If you've ever had to sign in again when navigating from Community to request a PE, you know the friction we're talking about.
We're fixing that. A new unified Community Identity Provider is coming — meaning one login that covers your entire OutSystems journey: Community, O11 PE, and ODC PE, with no repeated sign-ins along the way.
Beyond removing the double login, the new system gives your account a stable identity that follows you even if you change your email address.
When it's happening
The rollout starts on September 8th and is expected to complete by September 11th.
What to expect during the rollout
To ensure a smooth transition, some account operations will be temporarily unavailable:
🔒 From September 8th until the new login is active:
Change user details
Change email address
Merge account
Close account
⚠️ On September 11th (the final day), a broader set of operations will also be briefly paused, and login itself may be briefly interrupted:
Sign-up of new users
Link accounts
Move certifications
These restrictions last only a few hours — everything listed above returns to normal once the switch is complete.
If you submit an ODC PE request during this period, you'll be placed on a waiting list and will receive your PE once the new identity system is fully in place.
⏳ O11 PE requests will be unavailable from September 11th through September 14th, while the O11 PE migration to the new identity system completes. If you need an O11 PE during this period, please check back on the 14th.
A note for O11 PE users
The O11 PE migration to the new identity system will happen progressively. During that transition window, if you change your password or email in the new system, you may temporarily still need your previous credentials to access your O11 PE.
Additionally, if your O11 PE is hibernating during the rollout, waking it up may require support intervention. If that happens, please open a support ticket, and our team will get you unblocked quickly.
We'll update this post once the O11 PE migration is fully complete.
A quick note: seeing something odd at login? Clear your cookies and try again. Out with the old crumbs, in with the new!
Questions or issues?
If anything comes up, reach out to our support team or open a support ticket as usual.

Great improvement! 🎉 A unified login across Community, O11 PE, and ODC PE will make the OutSystems experience much smoother. Looking forward to it! 👏
This will be very easy process for outsystems login, thanks for sharing!!
Hi, I have an O11 Personal Environment where I’m currently developing.
Could you clarify whether, during the Community Login migration, the Personal Environment itself will become unavailable, or if it is only the Developer/Community login that may be temporarily unavailable? Thanks,Pedro
Hi Pedro,
the login of O11 Personal Environments will not have any downtime.
The login of Community and related websites will be temporarily unavailable, as well as the login of ODC Personal Editions.
Best regards,
Ana
Thanks for Sharing!
Thats Really Great!!
Most awaited update is here
Thank you ! Way to go
Getting this error

The new login process is horrible.
1. It is much slower than before to login.
2. If you try to have two service studio sessions open, with a different environment in each one, the one environment automatcially logs out when you log into the new one.
3. If you are already logged in on an environment in your browser, and you try to log in with a different environment in service studio, the login simply fails without explanation.
4. Then you have to log out on the browser - which automatically logs you out on the environment that you already have open. So basically, you can no longer have two environments open at the same time, making it impossible to compare code on different environments.
5. Next step is then to open service studio and log in on the new environment, it redirects to the browser and will then log you in on service studio, but only if the browser that opens is not already logged in on the last environment you accessed.
5. If you are not active on the environment for a while, it now auto logs you out after some time, and you have to go through all the steps above AGAIN. Also a new feature that has kindly been introduced to make it even harder to keep loving Outsystems.
To top it all you need to have detailed knowlegde about how to get past all the bots before the website will allow you to actually open a ticket, no number to call, and the number for South Africa does not even work. The website is getting slower and slower with each new month and you have spinning wheels after each click on the website.
It is becoming frustrating and annoying to use or recommend Outsystems. I would think things should become better and easier to use, but Outsystems are making it increasingly impossible to have an effective day of work.
Login issue after the Community Identity Provider update
Since the Community Identity Provider rollout, I can no longer sign in to my O11 Personal Environment. My Community web login still works normally, but when I try to log into O11, it shows an error saying my password or account is incorrect — even though I'm entering the correct credentials.
When I click "Forgot password," the page does not load properly and instead displays the message:
Screen not found: /Login/trueRELOAD
I have already tried clearing my cookies and cache, and I still get the same result. Since the rollout was scheduled to complete by September 11th but the problem is still happening now, could you please look into my account and help me regain access to my O11 Personal Environment?
I am having all the same issues. I logged a call last week and have been talking to support, but nothing changed. They cannot help. They said a patch was implemented, but whatever the patch was, it did not solve the problem.
Try "Log in with environment URL" instead of email and password.I tried that, and it was successful.
Hi everyone,
If you're feeling stuck or facing issues logging in, try clearing your browser's cookies and cache. In most cases, stale login data gets saved in the browser and causes a loop. Clearing them usually resolves the issue right away!
Here's how to do it quickly on most browsers:
Open your browser settings (or press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on Windows / Cmd + Shift + Delete on Mac).
Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Clear the data, restart your browser, and try logging in again.
Hello Outsystems,I have a problem with this SSO-community login in my personal O11.I use a different username to login into the tenant servicecenter. The e-mail of my community account is related to my user(name) in the tenant users in my O11 environmant.Untill the upgrade of my personal O11 the login was using the username. I use my username from the tenant users to login into my applications and use my username from tenant Servicecenter to login into serviceCenter and -Studio.Moving from a multi-tenant environment to a SSO that does not know tenancy causes this kind of problems. This in combination with moving from an identity based on username to an identity based on e-mail.In my opinion e-mail can't be used as unique identification, since it can change over time and it is not always unique in a multi-tenant environment! This was properly implemented in the O11 MTUsers-table.
let me share an update on the O11 PE migration. All O11 PEs are now migrated and using the new Community IdP. This means that instead of using a username and password locally on Lifetime/ServiceCenter/ServiceStudio, all O11 PE owners will now authenticate the same way as ODC Studio, using the environment url.
Thank you !
