Cause: System Components were not published because of some random issue.

Resolution: Manually install System Components.

1. Open Service Center ( https://localhost/ServiceCenter/ )

2. Enter your admin credentials, admin / admin by default.

3. Navigate to -> Factory > Solutions > Upload and Publish a Solution

4. Click on the Choose File button

5. Navigate to C:\Program Files\OutSystems\Platform Server\

6. Select the System_Components.osp file

7. Click the Publish button
