Hi,

I had implemented this successfully in the PE however, when trying to use this in the Enterprise Environment its not working is this because there is no UserManager Role in the enterprise version - if yes, how do you recommend its implementation.

Looks like you are trying to take reference for reactive web application. It is only available in traditional web apps if it has Preparation or so.
