Simple, use this widget.

drag it inside the refreshhcontainer of the tablerecords and you are done.

you can override the icons yourself, add color to it, whatever.
it's easy I hope. Enjoy :)

I don't mind, if this is merged with jquery-goodies or something similar btw!
