[Chosen] Issue with using inside a RichWidgets\Container_ExpandCollapse widget

Hi
I'm using Chosen on a 'Select County' dropdown within a RichWidgets\Container_ExpandCollapse widget (to show or hide an address block).

If I default the container to be showing on load, the drop down is fine. If I then hide and then show the container, the drop down seems to be constrained by the edge of the container (you can't see the values as the list is cut off short)

As I investigated what's happening with the styling, I noticed that it works fine in Firefox but not in IE or Chrome.

Any thoughts?
