Hi,

Any idea how to remove the highlighted space which is present at runtime when using Chrome (have not checked others)? oml atttached

Solution

Hi George,

If you go into the GoogleAutocomplete module, and go to the AddressAutocomplete web block, you will see that there is three line breaks in between the scripts:

Also on the AutocompletePlaces web block, there are two more:

If you remove all of these line breaks, you will no longer have the space in between your map and input box, as seen in attached OML.

Hi Justin,

Thank you. I it never occured to me to change the component as if there are updates you have to redo (remember) to put the changes back in or infact upload a new version of the component. Infact I assumed the component would have been protected in my environment...so it is a copy which you can fork.

p.s. most likely will get a warning message and get the option to meger differences, will have a test.
