Please add dates to the tasks, something like "Due when?" and Proposed date.

Also please add some users fields like "Proposed by" and Assigned to, i think this is more like your future list "- Roles Owner/User, owner can edit/add tasks, user only can move tasks.
- Add assignId to task, so only that user can move his task(?)"

Maybe instead of points 2 fields like Complexity and Priority.

Please update to Outsystems 9.1 and create an application, maybe you can use the attached image for the app.
