[Diagnostic Plugin] Plugin is not loaded.

Hi,


No matter where I click, I always get the 'Plugin is not loaded.' error.


The required dependencies are installed on the server, am I missing something?

 Are you using the Diagnostic Sample app for test the plugin.

 Are you testing in android or ios.

Yes sir, I am using the Diagnostics Sample app, clean install.

I have tested it on an android tablet and in an iphone 7, same result in both.

Are you using Outsystems NOW, or Oustsytems Platform P10, to generate the application?
