I tried installing this in my personal environment but this is not getting installed in my personal environment.

Is there any explanation on what the root cause can be? Any error message to be found somewhere?

Outsystems claimed that they have found the root cause and they were supposed to fix it by 17-Apr-2017. Now this should be up and running.
