No I don't have any app registered on Fabric, how can I registered an Outsystems app to Fabric Dashboard.

Whenever I visit Fabric, I can only access https://fabric.io/onboard. Do I need to have Android studio or X Code on my machine?

You shouldn't need the Android Studio or X Code.

Please ensure that you have done the "First Configuration" step carefully: https://www.outsystems.com/forums/forum_topicview.aspx?topicid=20639&topicname=fabric-plugin-documentation&#howToUseFabricPlugin

After that and if applicable, try to reinstall your app on your mobile phone.

Reviewing the instruction, I notice that I supply the JSON object in a wrong Module. So I update the Extensibility Configuration property of Fabric Plugin, but I don't know how can I activate Answer after the integration

Sorry, I'm now realizing that Frabic has built a new dashboard and the Answers is no longer available. https://fabric.io/blog/the-new-fabric-dashboard?utm_campaign=answers-marketing&utm_medium=natural

Quoting Fabric's team: "As we built deeper integrations between Fabric’s different components, analytics became the heart of our platform, so it no longer made sense to keep Answers as a separate, siloed brand."

Hi Ron,

You only need generate an App with plugin configured on your Service Studio and run the App on the device, that should enable the dashboard.

Please follow the documentation here, to configure properly the Fabric.
