Hi Brian,

I Think the internal OS actions are changed. And i'm missing the CheckAppVersionPlugin.IsAvailable action to check availability of the Cordova Plugin.

I did some upgrading of the plugin myself last week, will update it here today or tomorrow. Thanks for letting me know.
