I am trying to make the side bar in dublin theme a handburger menu , Can anyone please suggest me a component to do that , thanks in advance

Dublin's menu bar is already responsive... it will turn into a hamburger button for smartphone-sized devices, and it does it out of the box.
If you want to see how it's done you can inspect the theme's CSS and Layout
I think you can do this easily with a little bit of custom css and/or javascript.Add the custom code to your module or theme and it will operate as a ??.There are plenty of tutorials online which guide you to your goal.
