Currently (2017-08-23) the BinaryConcat extension also exists in the more general component Connector Services (Version 1.1.3, which has the extensions BinaryConcat an JSONUtils)!

And here an Idea exists to make the BinaryConcat extension part of the BinaryData (System Components) extension.
