I am trying to connect to the redis server but i am getting this message "could not connect to redis Instance at 127.0.0.1:6379"

Notice that the IIS server is another.

When i installed the redis windows service i checked the firewall to trust this so i dont know what happens..

The service is on and im able to ping from the redis-cli
