As discussed previously, you're finding this issue with a corporate instant messaging system, CISCO Jabber, right? How exactly is this related to Network Filesystem forge component, please? Is it occurring in CISCO Jabber after you move a file with Network Filesystem?

Regarding the error - Cannot transfer the file. It might be open in another application or in use by the system - its only reference seems to be only found in Cisco's bug reports website [1], nowhere else. I can't find much in OutSystems resources or the community about this topic, either. My best guesses would be:

1. researching in CISCO Jabber community for further fixes and suggested workarounds to this error (couldn't find anything in a brief search);
2. researching if a JavaScript API allows checking if a file is currently opened (e.g. HTML5 File API [2], though I am not sure that is really possible)*
3. implementing a Java Applet [3] to do that check*

* solutions 2-3 are pretty much blind guesses, to be honest. Better following first the clues in option 1.
