The RSSI is a dynamic value "perceived" by the receiver/client device (for example the mobile device) and it stands for Received Strength Signal Indicator and it is based of the distance between the device and the beacon and the broadcasting power of the beacon. Hence, this value is not modifiable per se...

I want to read the RSSI value. If it's below a certail value make something happen.

No problem!
Unfortunately this OutSystems plugin only has region monitoring capabilities and doesn't allow to scan for beacons, which is how you would be able to retrieve the RSSI value.
