Apologies for getting back so late and thanks for reporting this


From the type of error, it seems the API is sending back a different JSON, this can happen because the structure definition of the component is outdated or it is wrong. 


Can you tell me in your Lifetime environment what is the platform version? 

If your Lifetime is publicly accessible can you send me an authentication token and the endpoint URL, so I can test and update the component? If not, I'm afraid you will need to update it yourself with any recent changes...


In case you fix and update the component can you enlighten us on what were the changes and the root cause of this behaviour?

I'm getting the same error.  We have platform Version 10.0.710.0
