What a great tool! Well done.
I've installed it on an infrastructure with 3 environments: DEV, TST and PRD.
So whenever I chose "Staging" I got the error page (and lost access to choosing the correct environment). (You see, after lunch I loose some accuracy in my movements :-) )
I also guess that catching this "Could not connect to <environment>" is pretty simple".
But then again, very well done.

Regarding your suggestion, next version you will have that fixed. It will be something like, when changing the Environment dropdown, if the url of that environment is not configured, you'll get this:
As you can see it's already implemented on my side :)
I'll try to add this version tomorrow, or next Friday, because aside from adding this fix, I want to add more new stuff.
