Domain Whois based on WHOIS protocol (pronounced as the phrase "who is") that is widely used for querying databases that store the registered users or assignees of an Internet resource, such as a domain name, an IP address block or an autonomous system.

With the help of Domain Whois, you can get details of the domain like creation date, expiry date, registrar information, etc.

You have to just pass the domain name and Domain Whois will return you the details in text format.

The WHOIS protocol is documented in RFC 3912 if you want to learn more about WHOIS.
