[PixelTracker] How to retrieve the information?

I used the pixel tracker as explained but how to retrieve the email read? The table is empty even when I open the email many times. Could you pls describe how to retrieve the answers from a read email?

There is a demo and some instructions included in the PixelTracker Module. Where you able to follow them?

I followed the instructions but I still have the same problem as Rodrigo.
