Not getting the install option to install the application in cloud. I am only getting the option to download which is downloading in .oap format. I am not sure how to get started.

You could try logging out and logging back in to see if it will detect your Service Studio connection and provide the direct install option.
If not, you can download the OAP (OutSystems Application Pack) file and install it by selecting the Environment menu in Service Studio and select Open file from the menu. When looking for files the filter defaults to OML, so you will need to change it to OAP and then open your file.
