When we started the app on a device managed by AirWatch, we receive this prompt:


Not sure what to enter though.

Please advise.

Hi Romuel,

you need to ask for a 30 day trial at https://www.air-watch.com/ in order to have your own AirWatch instance.

After signing up for the trial, you should receive the details to access and configure it, mine took 1 and an half day to be in my inbox.

We already have an airwatch account. Do we still need a trial account?

In that case, you don't need to request for a trial. You need to enter your AirWatch server address and Group ID. Check the image bellow to see where you can get that info.



Remember that you must have installed and configured the AirWatch Agent in your device. After that screen in the mobile app, it will jump between AirWatch Agent and the app some time until fully configured.
