[Background Location Plugin] Does not work anymore in background

Question

Somehow something changed. Maybe at iOS 12. We can not enable Location Service to 'Always' on iOS for an app with this plugin.

So the background functionality can not be enabled, which is this plugin's purpose.

This is a breaking change for us, can this be confimed and/or fixed?
