[RichMail] Unable to Get Emails
Question

Hi there.


In the web app I'm building we need to access an e-mail account and fetch the attachment(s) of e-mails with a specific subject. For that I tried using the RichMail Outsystems built-in extension, but I can't seem to make it work.

The Server Actions Pop3TestAccount and Pop3GetMails give me the following error "The connection was terminated while reading data from the server".


Does anybody have a solution using this or other components?

There's a help file RichMail.chm enclosed in the download package. May it can help you.

BTW, I’ve attached it on this post. To open correctly the help file,  please go into its properties and then check 'unblock' box.

Thank you Ricardo but I had already found the help file using Integration Studio.
Unfortunately, it does not help me with my problem.
