Hi George,


I have no access to a valid Dynamics credentials to test it. But this component can be installed in OS11 without any issue.  Did you try to install in your environment?  The component will be upgraded directly by Service Studio when you try to install it. Unless the Dynamics API had been changed you will be able to use it.
