[DateRangePicker] Using the time picker

Question

Hi Niels, kudos for providing this component!

I am using the time picker and I have a comment and some questions (a.k.a. requests):

- Would be great if the start and end date parameters would allow me to add a specific default time value

- With 24-hour feature the time returned is regrettably shown in 12-hour notation
