I found that when you use the FontAwesome icon with the RichWidgets icon, some of the css overrides/replaces the RichWidgets icons so that the show up as squares (no font).  They have a work around to make FontAwesome5 compatible with FontAwesome 4.  Any chance it could be added as an option?  Link to workarond css --> https://use.fontawesome.com/releases/v5.8.1/css/v4-shims.css
