Hello Guys,


I was trying to create a template for my team to use. Although, I think the preview image is not available under the metadata part (check attached screenshot)


Am I doing something wrong? 

More info:

using: Service Studio 11.0.510.0

just downloaded the example from forge.

Hi Davide,

According to the version of Service Studio you provided, the issue should be related with the fact that a value is still cached that is not allowing the display of that field since it was a feature implemented after the Custom Screen Templates were released. You should start seeing the Preview field after restarting Service Studio a couple of times. I apologize for the experience and we are working on fixing this as soon as possible.
