[BLE Plugin] Send UUID?

Question

I tried test to connect from an app with this plugin on android device (as central) to the LightBlue app on iOS (as virtual peripheral). But the app could not connect to peripheral.

The virtual peripheral of LightBlue need UUID of central. Does this plugin send UUID to peripheral?
