Hi Gerry,

Have you already placed the Feedback_Message_Proxy webblock into your screen or layout theme? It seems (for some reason) that the script was not properly loaded, so it is not possible to find the referred function in the error message. 

If it doesn't help, please share an oml sample with this behavior, so I can take a look and find what could be missing.

Thanks for the reply! I miss placed the Feedback_Message_Proxy Web block. It works seamlessly now.

I'll be looking at this as well for myself as we will be upgrading to version eleven in the coming weeks. 

I'll let you know as soon as I have a working version on version 11.
