You receive the Invalid Intellectual Property (IPP) Error, because it was built on different environment. You must remove the IPP rights before you use it on other environment.

Eu tenho o mesmo problema.

Tentei passar no IPP e recebi o seguinte feedback:

"Os Direitos de Propriedade Intelectual dos aplicativos solicitados não puderam ser concedidos devido a uma regra que impede o upload de soluções de um ambiente Pessoal para um Corporativo"
