[InAppBrowserEvents] How to prevent ERR_CLEARTEXT_NOT_PERMITTED on  InAppBrowserEvents plugin?

The InAppBrowserEvents plugin does not allow http links on certain android versions. When trying to access a non https link it shows the ERR_CLEARTEXT_NOT_PERMITTED message. How to override the configuration to allow non https connections on the plugin?

Unfortunantely that´s not it. The security configuration for enabling the HTTP is already set.
