[Dynamics 365 Connector] Connection to Dynamics 365

We are trying to use this connector for connecting to Dynamics 365 Sales module.

However we are not sure about the parameters to be specified for connector.

We have details of user ID (client ID), App authorization key (client secret), however how do we use this information to get the token.

Can anybody please help with this?
