[CreateDocxFromHtml] Header and Footer section disappears

Hello team,

Greetings!

Whenever we add Table of Content, Header and Footer will disappear. I saw some comments in the html about hiding the header and footer. Is there any logic around adding TOC and Header and Footer disappearing?

Please find the attachment for the simple example we used for testing.
