Just trying to install the Image Utilities component into an OS11 environment (Service Studio 11.6.13) but the installation fails due to IP violation.

What is the exact error message you get?

You have to download it straight from the Forge.

Looks like it is exported from service studio or service center. Than you can not upload it in another infrastructure without going through the IPP portal.

Thanks Daniel but downloading it straight from the Forge didn't change the outcome.

Hi Gavin,

Could you confirm if you've downloaded both the component and demo to try it out?

The package contains OAP files which you can install either via Service Center or Service Studio.

If the issue still persist, could you please go to Service Center, and delete any previous installations of Image Utilities, then install a fresh download from the Forge?

Hope this works for you.

Thanks & regards,

Boney

He made it clear this is what he did.

This sounds like a forge but I have reported it to the people who run the forge.

The issue prevails...

And removing IPP for the demo app with this answer.
