I just tried to drag an image, but can't figure out how... Does the image need some specific extension type, or is it the size?

You can drag any kind of image (jpg, png, gif, bmp, ico, etc...) from the desktop or an explorer window into the web editor canvas. Service Studio doesn't check the file extension, it checks the contents of the file to see if it's a recognized image format.

For those of you already using the BAM module (Business Activity Monitoring), that comes with the Business Process Technology add-on of 5.0, I want to let you know that we've just launched a new version of this module.

Among some improvements on the KPIS that you can find on the dashbaord, I’d highlight the process flow graph that now includes a complete and detailed information about each process activity and displays the process history visually and according the process model as you designed in Service Studio.

In response to the continuous feedback from you all of you, let me highlight some of the latest cool features that were just launched in 5.0.2 release:

• Process Debugger - For those of you using BPT, it’s now possible to debug business processes in the same way you do with web applications, fully visual, and fully integrated within the Platform. Debugging was also extended to the Public Area, allowing you to also debug timers, web services and processes along with your applications. Other improvements were also added, like the Break on all Errors option.

• BAM Enhancements - The BAM module that comes with BPT has been enhanced in the process navigation, the KPIs that you can find on the dashboard, and the User Interface. The process flow graph now includes a complete and detailed information about each process activity and displays the process history visually and according the process model as you designed in Service Studio. Download the latest version here.

• Support for Oracle 11gR2 - Net + Oracle database stack of 5.0 has just been released. This means that if you are running a 4.2 Oracle installation, you can now upgrade to 5.0 and take full advantage of its new capabilities, such as BPT! The Agile Platform 5.0 now provides support for both Oracle 10gR2 and 11gR2. Check the System Requirements tech note for more details here.

• WCAG 2.0 Accessibility Compliance - Due to an increasing number of requests for WCAG 2.0 accessibility, the Agile Platform 5.0 has been enhanced to reach a Level A Accessibility Conformance according to W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. For more technical details on how to design applications in the Agile Platform that meet this conformance level, please check this technical note.
